The Treadmill...

...A treadmill is a piece of indoor sporting equipment used to allow for the motions of running or walking while staying in one place. The word treadmill traditionally refers to a type of mill which was operated by a person or animal treading steps of a wheel to grind grain (see treadwheel.)
Our pal La la recently received a treadmill for her birthday...(she did ask for it...) Unlike another friend who received a closet full of Jenny Craig meals and didn't ask for it hmmmmmmmm...I recently visited a site that had this posted and thought perhaps we could recreate this while squackin!
